How an engagement runs

We do not start building before the assessment, and we do not quote before we have read the system. The order exists so that the price you are given is a price we can hold.

Introductory call

We ask what broke recently, who deploys, and what the business needs the system to do next. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, we say so on the call.

Written assessment
1 to 3 weeks, paid
We read the code, the pipelines and the cloud accounts, then deliver a document with prioritised findings, risks and options. It is yours to keep and act on with or without us.

Fixed-scope proposal
Within a week of the assessment
A written scope, a phase-by-phase timeline with dates, a fixed price and a definition of done. No hourly billing, and no scope that expands quietly once the work starts.

Build, handover, step back
4 to 20 weeks
We work in your repositories with your engineers reviewing every change, then hand over with runbooks, live sessions and thirty days of reachability. After that you should not need us.
